Description

A Civilian orekroark enjoys one of her local alien tea lounges. She comes off as a transfer to me, a previously wild or born to previously wild parents who became spokes-people for the colonial embassy on Hup. Then she moved off to the stars, likely as an interpreter for some stations that need them snce she probably knows all of the crossing languages. This one might be a mix blood, but she has some hints of crowned black skin in her crest design.
I seem to have a habit of drawing all of my civilian orekroarks having a hard time. So, lets have one that is more well off.

Absolutely stunning sketch-work!

I have to say that honestly I think there is nothing more dignified, aristocratic and elegant than a Roark with tea - sophistication personified.
I adore the CRAZY level of detail here, the scales on her beautiful fingers, her feathers, and all her stunning jewellery...

Love the relaxed and languid yet still demure pose, and ah, I notice the little missing tail tip there too! ^^ She also gives off a confident and sassy vibe - though being in a rather good situation herself I'm sure that may contribute... also, her little lizardy friend there, goshdarnit, so cute!

What elegant and refined lady would be without her pocket-sized dog... or alien lizard? :'D
